Once you fill out and submit this application, an electronic invoice will be issued which needs only a few clicks to submit payment securely online. Payment of membership dues by any other method, such as cash, check or PayPal can be arranged but must be completed before the application is approved and before visiting any Hub meetings. Hub meetings can only be attended once an application and payment of dues have been received.
ABOUT MEMBERSHIP, PAYMENT PLANS, RENEWALS, AND YOUR CARD ON FILE
Membership All memberships, with exception of our 30-day Trial Hub Hopping Membership and 90-day Student/Job Seeker Membership, are for a period of one year. We offer no refunds.
Payment Plans With the exception of our $75 30-day Trial Hub Hopping Membership and our $99 90-day Student/Job Seeker Membership, both of which require full payment, we offer payment plans for our Business, Nonprofit and Board, Community Partnership, Nonprofit Neighbor, and Hub Honcho Memberships. You will receive payment options and instructions in your Membership Application and Invoice welcome email.
Renewals We will inform you approximately 30 days before your membership is due to renew to allow you to talk to us about changes to your current membership plan. If we do not hear from you, your membership will automatically renew on your renewal date.
Your Card on File and Automatic Withdrawals After you make either your annual or first payment plan payment, we will store your card securely on file and automatically draft your payments from that card on the interval specified on your payment plan. If you have any questions regarding your plan, you can always send a message to email@example.com By submitting this application, you agree to pay membership dues immediately upon receipt of our invoice and acknowledge that you cannot be included in any Hub meetings until your membership dues are received. You are also confirming that you will select a Home Hub within 60 days of making this application. Additionally, you acknowledge that renewal membership dues must be paid by the renewal due date on the invoice and that you face immediate suspension and possible cancellation of your membership if you do not make your renewal dues payment on time.
Renewal dates for applications accepted before the 15th of any month will be the 1st of that month in the following year. Applications accepted after the 15th of a month will be due on the 1st of the following month of the next year.
HUB CODE OF ETHICS Prospective members will complete this application and submit it for review.
The membership dues invoice issued must be paid before final approval of the application is confirmed.
Synapse will complete the approval process and notify the prospective member of acceptance.
The new member is then included in the members-only website area and Facebook members-only group, and an announcement will be made network-wide.
The Hub Leader announces new members at the meeting following acceptance.
